If a wrong product is delivered to you please take a photograph and send it to us within 24 hours to our whats number 9911001102 to fitbyfood.in@gmail.com with the Subject – ‘Wrong Product’. We will dispatch correct order within 48 hours after receiving your pictures and email. Subsequently, we will arrange a reverse pick up of the wrong products you have recieved.
In case you have received a damaged product which is rare considering our intact packaging, please take a photograph of the damaged product and send it to us within 24 hours, to fitbyfood.in@gmail.com with the Subject line – ‘Damaged Package’. We will dispatch a replacement for the damaged product within 48 hours.
Products that are opened are not eligible for returns.
Items that are shipped to fitbyfood without proper packing to ensure the safe return or are subsequently damaged will not be not eligible for full return credit.
Customer is liable to bear the Shipping costs for returns.
Please return via insured parcel post for tracking purposes. We cannot be responsible for return packages lost in transit.

Cancellation Policy
Once you place an order with us, it is then processed with our warehouse team where we start packing the item you have purchased. In case of cancellation of the order, please drop us a mail with subject “cancellation” within 3 hours of your order.
